50,000 Words

Just a quick update for you on Bonds That Break progress. I continue to push forward on it and broke 50,000 words today. (For reference TTB was around 75,000 words and Unbound was 61,000). This will likely be longer than either of those. (As I have said before, it if gets too long, I will break it in half and publish the first half while I continue on the rest so you don’t have to wait as long to find out what happens next.)

Also, as a confession, the scene I am currently working on just made me cry. (Don’t worry, I didn’t kill anyone in it.) That is a first for me. I’ve felt emotions while writing before, but this is the first time I actually cried while writing a scene. I thought that was just something they showed romance authors do on TV.

I stand corrected.

Oh no, how many boxes of tissues am I going to need? I never want these books to stop, they are brilliant.

Gill – I’m so glad to hear you like the books! I don’t think you will need any more than three or four boxes of tissues, as long as they are two-ply. 🙂 There are some tough times ahead, but some good times too. Love, fighting, betrayal. Lots of fun ahead!
